AIC showcases services, new books, databases at annual Ag Roundup

The Agricultural Information Center showcased their services, new books, databases, and collaborative learning spaces at an exhibit at Ag Roundup, October 5-8. More than 3,300 attended the annual outreach event sponsored by the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. Attendees that AIC personnel had the opportunity to meet included CAFE faculty and staff, current students, high school students, county extension personnel, Rotary Club members, Farm Bureau officials, state legislators, Ag Development Board members, and college alumni.

The 2016 AIC exhibit was created by Beth Reeder; Graduate Assistant Jaclyn Spraetz; and Lynn Robertson, graduate intern. The exhibit was also staffed by Jason Keinsley, librarian; Kaitlin Fouts and Kaitlyn Elliott, student workers; and AIC head Valerie Perry.

The AIC team appreciated the opportunity to show the Ag community how they can support their information needs.
