Associate Dean for
Special Collections, Deirdre Scaggs, joined Kodie Kiser of UKPR recently to
reveal the contents of a time capsule located during the construction of the
new Limestone Park residential complex. UK publications from the late 50s along
with a Louie Armstrong concert ticket stub, a Keeneland betting ticket, and a
stick of lipstick were among the items pulled from the rusty box. The event was
streamed over Facebook live.
